group medical, dental, life, and disability insurance to the small to medium
sized business located in Arizona. Our commitment to an attitude of

CLIENT CONTACT

All our clients are personally contacted
a minimum of six times per year by a representative of Ted Guy &
Associates. The purpose of this contact is to inquire about the status
of the group benefit plan. |

CUSTOMER SERVICE |
Ted Guy & Associates is a facilitator of
activity
between a client and insurance company. If a client calls us with a
claim, billing or insurance related problem; we will address the problem
and respond back to the client within 24 hours as to the process of
remedying the problem. |

BENEFIT MARKETING |
Because we are a benefit broker, we are
able to represent numerous health, dental, disability, and life
insurance companies. We currently have access to over 100 insurance
companies. |

PROFESSIONALISM |
All representatives of Ted Guy &
Associates are
licensed agents. In addition, Ted Guy is a member of the National
Association of Health Underwriters, Association of Health Insurance
Agents, and the National Association of Life Underwriters. |

Over 90% of the insurance business
written by Ted Guy & Associates is for group health, dental, and
disability insurance. We consider ourselves experts in the understanding
of Managed Care entities such as HMO's, PPO's, EPO's and assisting our
