All our clients are encouraged to call our
office with any and all questions and concerns they may have concerning their
group benefit plan. We take a proactive approach to servicing our clients. We
contact them throughout the year to make sure all is going well. Most customer
service issues are addressed and handled within 24 hours of our being contacted.

Our clients receive a newsletter every month
in addition to other correspondence concerning benefit issues that may be of
concern to them. We are not a peddler of a benefit product. We are professionals
